Charlie is a qualified and experienced performance nutritionist based in Yorkshire. He has extensive experience working as a nutritionist and consultant with sports professionals, including as nutritionist for Birmingham City Football Club men’s and women’s 1st teams, and rugby union and league players. He also works with recreational athletes (runners, cyclists, triathletes etc.), and young athletes.
Whilst studying for his BSc in Sport Science at Leeds Trinity University, and later MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition at St.Mary’s University, Twickenham, Charlie developed a strong interest in how physical performance nutrition can affect performance and wellbeing. He decided to follow his passion by working to help people realise their fitness goals through nutritional coaching. He continued his training in Anthropometry (the field of anatomy, body composition and somatotype), obtaining ISAK level 1 accreditation. He also became an accredited Anti-doping advisor through UKAD, and a member of the Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr).
