Charlie is a qualified and experienced performance nutritionist based in Yorkshire. He has extensive experience working as a nutritionist and consultant with sports professionals, including as nutritionist for Birmingham City Football Club men’s and women’s 1st teams, and rugby union and league players. He also works with recreational athletes (runners, cyclists, triathletes etc.), and young athletes.
CMB Performance & Nutrition is a consultancy service online and face to face, based at the Yorkshire Sports Medicine and Injury Clinic in York. The services on offer are to assist and help the general public, professional/elite athletes, sports teams/clubs, and businesses in achieving their personal goals through the power of performance nutrition.

CMB Performance and Nutrition Ltd has designed an online CPD course in conjunction with fitness education provider CORE Fitness Education. The course looks at the nutritional requirements and the fundamentals of sports nutrition for the average amateur and those in elite sports. The course also explores hydration, nutritional requirements for special populations including disabled athletes, adolescent athletes and mature athletes and gastrointestinal issues that arrive from sport. In addition the course guides you through how to support clients with their dietary changes and gives you strategies to support behaviour change and monitoring your clients.
